The Wines
Story

11.5.2001
Table 31 is dedicated to finding the best Estate vineyards of the highest quality and integrity from actual people who believe in what they do, just like I do.
Wine came to me while attending a Jadot seminar at Keystone Resort, Colorado, while I was working at the Edgewater Café as an assistant manager. The year was 1996, and I was absolutely mesmerized.
From that point, I worked up the restaurant ladder at Keystone Resort, always seeking wine positions within the resort. In my last years there, I was the wine buyer at the Keystone Lodge where I earned two Wine Spectator awards.
In 1998 I was the General Manager at Great Northern Tavern in Keystone. While sitting at Table # 31, this where Table 31 Imports began.
After many years in the restaurant business, I spent 17 years as the wine buyer for Dillon Ridge a shop in Dillon, Colorado. This is where I cultivated my knowledge of regions/varietals/vineyards-and of course travel. I also teach at Colorado Mountain College (CMC) with wine appreciation classes throughout the year.
Through many iterations, Table 31 has always stayed true to Estate Grown vineyards, mainly from Spain. Special vineyards with integrity driven people is the absolute base of Table 31 Imports.
Thats the brief story, with many layers in between.
Salud!
