Enologists Alfonso Chacón, Belarmino Fernández began Canopy in 2003 .  Belén Hita was added in 2021.  . This is the heart of Canopy. Located in the Sierra de Gredos area of Méntrida with several plots in the El Real de San Vicente between the Tajo and Tietar valleys. Old vine Garnacha on Granite soils produces sublime wines of power and finesse.  Foudres and large barrels are the main vessels for aging.
