Calzadilla
Began in 1980 by the the Uribes-Madero family between the towns of Huete and Cuenca, south-east of Madrid. Paco Uribes was an architect that had a vision, that eventually became Calzadilla. Wines are made with high expression from 49 acres of north facing, steep slopes. Calzadilla is one of 20 Pagos, and the only bodega within the DO Pago Calzadilla. (Oranic & Vegan)
