CARODORUM

The Diez-Rodriguez family has been growing grapes in Toro for generations. In  2004 Bodegas Carodorum was founded from the family’s passion for wine in the prestigious “pago”of La Cascajera, in the heart of the Toro region. Brothers Guillermo and Luis Angel run the vineyards and winemaking, with small scale production advantages and modern technology with the Tinta de Toro varietal. Ever present is the history of the family in every bottle of Carodorum, all made on the banks of the Duero river with gravel and limestone soils.
